Farmer’s Market – Look for the opening again in June
For the last 5 years during the months of June through the second Sunday in November a transformation happens in Squirrel Hill. It takes place every Sunday in the municipal parking lot that backs up to Murray Ave. This jewel that we call the Squirrel Hill Farmer’s Market is considered one of the best in Allegheny County and features a variety of 23 organic and non-organic farms and several food stands offering exotic, ethnic food and treats. On any given Sunday you can hear music, visit with friends, meet new ones and enjoy a leisurely Summer Sunday.
